Actor John Cena is being celebrated by The Make-A-Wish Foundation for his contributions to the organization. Since doing his first wish for the foundation, Cena has granted over 650 wishes to critically ill children. According to Make-A-Wish and the WWE, this is the most wishes any celebrity has granted. Cena is also the most requested Make-A-Wish visit by children. The two organizations marked the occasion on social media, where they recognize efforts comforting children and their family. A protection order has been granted against actor Ezra Miller following an incident that occurred in February 2021. It was requested by a mother for their 12 year old child after they encountered Miller at a party. The family agreed to speak to the press under the condition their names not be released due to privacy concerns. Three new animated films set in the world of “Avatar” are in the works at Paramount Pictures. They will be handled by Avatar Studios, a new division of Paramount and Nickelodeon, founded by Michael Dante DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko, co-creators of “Avatar: The Last Airbender.” They will be full-length animated feature films. While we don’t know a lot, we do know Konietzko and DiMartino will produce. The first film will be directed by Lauren Montgomery, and will have a theatrical release. Warner Bros. Pictures is putting out a new feature length movie starring Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck called “Bye Bye Bunny: A Looney Tunes Musical.” The studio has been working hard to keep Looney Toons relevant for modern audiences. Along with last year’s “Space Jam: A New Legacy” starring LeBron James, there have been a whole slew of new toons on HBO Max.
