Almost a “National Lampoon’s: Vacation” series of events that lead to comical disappointment for one guy and a Pasta Express 2000.

Its been eight years since “Dexter” aired its incredibly divisive series finale. Back in October of 2020, a revival of the show was announced by SHOWTIME. There were a number of people who hoped that this could be the fix that the series needed to wash the bad taste out of the mouths of fans. SHOWTIME has been heavily promoting the show’s comeback and the San Diego Comic Con (SDCC) 2021 virtual event was another big push to generate hype for the limited series. Here’s what happened at the panel, which you can scroll down and watch in its entirety.…
Its been 25 years since Olmec, the giant stone head that guarded the gate of the Hidden Temple, has spoken to us. Many a pair of kids were guided through episodes of “Legends of the Hidden Temple” by Olmec’s rocking voice and the enthusiasm of host Kirk Fogg. While Kirk was the host, Olmec was quite literally the face of the show. We’re here with some great news, because its been confirmed that for the updated reboot of the competitive gameshow, Olmec will be voiced by his original voice actor, Dee Bradley Baker. Earlier this year, we reported The CW…
Why in the world did a cone on this dog cause it’s fur to turn green?! The owner explains in a series of scientific tweets!
If you go to the official Taco Bell website, you may be greeted with a picture that shows that flatbread tacos are coming. In the picture you can see the beef and chicken with cheese and lettuce, tomatoes and sauce piled up on top of them. Then if you look in the upper left corner of the main page, you’ll see an orange bar with text that reads: Sorry if we can’t feed your current crave. Due to national ingredient shortages and delivery delays, we may be out of some items. Yes, that’s right, it’s a hard truth to face…
Remember how people used to say “You can’t believe everything you see online?” Well, here’s a startling piece of information related to that- “YOU CAN’T BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU SEE ONLINE!” The reason for that second iteration in this piece is thanks to a piece of viral media that has seemingly convinced some people that a “secret menu” item exists at popular burger chain In-N-Out. The item in question? A chicken sandwich. As you can see in the clip above, TikTok user, andynot2021, it certainly looks like he got a chicken sandwich on his tray, but the slick bit of editing…
It’s not often you see a criminal case of theft finally resolved after fifty years, but it’s also not very often where the item in question that was stolen, was a rifle from the Revolutionary War. That’s exactly what happened though in Pennsylvania on July 20th, 2021 when Thomas Gavin pleaded guilty to this unique case of larceny. Gavin, who’s currently 78 years old, would’ve been in his late 20s when he went to the Valley Forge State Park visitor center. While there, he stole an antique rifle out of its display case and held onto it for several decades.…
On Friday July 16th, the Nabisco plant located in Fair Lawn, New Jersey officially shut down. It wasn’t a sudden decision- the plan had been in place for months for this to happen- but it’s still surreal in a way to see something thriving for 63 years suddenly cease to be. The approximately 600 people who worked there have had to find new occupations, something that can’t be easy in the midst of bouncing back from a global pandemic. Suffice to say, despite the sugary goods prepared at the plant, this farewell is far more bitter than sweet. Nabisco is…
A Florida man not only stole an alligator from a golf corse, but decided to “teach it a lesson” by throwing it on a roof.
In 1980, a film called “Alligator” was released. In said film, a young girl buys a baby alligator only for her jerk of a father to end up flushing it down the toilet. As it so happens, the alligator winds up in the sewers and eats the disposed carcasses of other animals that were being experimented on with a growth serum. The alligator in turn grows to a monstrous, 30 plus feet in size and eventually emerges from the sewer to wreak havoc on a city. Now imagine this happening with goldfish, minus the growth serum. Okay, so perhaps that’s…
