February 16th and 17th was Long Beach Comic Expo at the Long Beach Convention Center. Nerdbot was invited to live stream the event as well as exhibit. On Tuesday we got an image from Empire of Jasmine and Aladdin meeting for the first time. The photo is of them up on a platform and is supposed to be from the scene where they first meet. The reason that this image gives me hope is that going back and looking at scene where they meet in the cartoon movie it is much different. They could very well be recreating a similar scene. If you remember in the cartoon Jasmine gets caught stealing and Aladdin has to come to her rescue. My inclination is that they will be rewriting…

Netflix announced Tuesday that we will be getting the second part of Arrested Development Season Five next month. The new episodes will air March 15th! It’s funny that the comments on the Captain Marvel page for rotten tomatoes is already getting hate. I say funny but it really isn’t, it’s pretty sad actually. If you go to the comments section now you will see a plethora of “Not interested” posts with things stated such as “Search the lead actress Drew Doesn’t want us going as a white male I won’t go, Drew I hope your move is good without me.” Most of these comments are being posted men’s names(surprise?). According to HN Entertainment they have gotten word form a source* that they know of a few different series that Disney is looking to adapt for the Star Wars Universe. In honor of the new Detective Pikachu movie that is coming out May 10th this year, the Pokemon Company has released new cards for the trading card game. In the new cards you get to see the live action versions of the characters Mr. Mime, Jiggly Puff and Psyduck. It’s a day that we knew was coming. When we are in kindergarten we learn pattern recognition and sometimes we learn it sooner than that.
