You can always tell how serious a company is about a new show by who they hire to work on it. The CW has hired well known “Pilot Whisperer” David Nutter to take lead in the production of the pilot for Batwoman. Late last night to help celebrate the New Year Netflix made a big announcement on twitter. Stranger Things Season 3 would be debuting July 4th, 2019. In April of last year a cult claiming to be a self help group named NXIVM was raided by the feds for accusations of forcing women into a cycle of forced labor and sexual abuse. Today the internet has been going nuts over whether or not a beloved Sesame Street character has gone to the dark side of the street. In a video circulating on social media, an episode of Sesame Street shows Grover saying “That sounds like an excellent idea”. Target has started projecting a “Foot Pong” Game onto the floor in some of their stores. Atari has sent several cease and desist letters to the superstore at no avail. Since they have not attained the resolution wanted they have decided to file a lawsuit. Atari is suing for trademark infringement and copyright infringement. They are asking for a sum of $150,000 per registered copyright violation and $2 Million for registered trademark violation.
