Next year, Disney classic Aladdin will become one of several animated films to receive a live-action remake, with Sherlock Holmes director Guy Ritche helming the film. The Verge reports that Sony is finally letting PlayStation users change their PSN IDs. The long-awaited feature is launching in beta soon for members of the PlayStation Preview Program, with a full rollout for all users planned for 2019. They won’t call it PlayStation 5 right now, but Sony has finally confirmed that, yes, it has another console on the way, as stated in a report from IGN. Speaking to the Financial Times, Sony CEO Kenichiro Yoshida said “At this point, what I can say is it’s necessary to have a next-generation hardware”.
