Alan Tudyk is a busy man. He’s been cast as Mr. Nobody in the DC Universe Doom Patrol Tv series. He’s also going to voice The Joker in the animated Harley Quinn series. And now comes word that the actor will voice the parrot Iago in Disney’s live-action Aladdin movie. Maybe this shouldn’t be surprising, as Tudyk has quite the history with Disney. The date for the season finale episode of the Big Bang Theory has been announced: Thursday, May 16, 2019. The twelfth season will conclude with two back-to-back episodes for an hour-long finale. The Big Bang Theory debuted on September 24, 2007. During its 11th season, it averaged 18.9 million viewers and was the second most-watched series, meaning it will be going out while it is still strong. Chuck Norris has a reputation. It looks like the a** kicking martial artist is still a threat to any and all who cross his path. Canadian political-science professor Francis Dupuis-Deri alleges that the Quebec police used that reputation to intimidate protesters at the 44th annual G7 summit that was held in Quebec from June 8-9, 2018. Empire interviewed Captain Marvel co-writers and co-directors Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck for a spoiler-filled podcast. Some of the spoilers relate to the movies credit scenes. *SPOILER ALERT* The first was that the Russo brothers directed the mid-credits scene where Captain Marvel meets some of the surviving Avengers. It is unknown if that scene will be in the actual Avengers: Endgame movie. Another spoiler was that the post-credit scene might have been different. Terry Gilliam is adapting his 1981 movie Time Bandits into a TV series for Apple’s streaming service. The idea for a series has been around since at least 2015 and just last summer Apple made a deal to adapt the film to the small screen. The project is produced by Anonymous Content, Paramount Television, and Media Rights Capital. The Time Bandits movie featured the adventures of 11-year-old history buff Kevin and 6 time-traveling dwarves who steal from historical figures. Last August, Dr. Who fans were excited to hear that Matt Smith would have a role in Star Wars Episode IX. Now it appears that is not to be.
