A new collaboration between Martin Scorsese and Steven Spielberg is on the horizon. The pair are reportedly developing “Cape Fear” series for Apple TV+. They will executive produce the project, which will be based on the 1962 and 1991 Universal movies of the same name. Scorsese directed the 1991 film, which was made under Spielberg’s Amblin Entertainment. They will be on the project headed by creator, executive producer and showrunner Nick Antosca (“The Act”), Amblin Television (Spielberg’s label) and UCP, a division of Universal Studio Group.
