Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Taylour Paige (“Zola”) have recently joined the long-awaited sequel to a classic comedy franchise starring Eddie Murphy. “Beverly Hills Cop: Axel Foley” was picked up by Netflix from Paramount back in 2018. The film is a follow-up to the trilogy of comedies in which Murphy plays Foley, a Detroit cop who is suspended from the force and travels to LA, only to find himself investigating the murder of a friend. A team of astronomers led by the University of Montreal have used observations from NASA’s Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite (TESS) to detect a new exoplanet that could potentially support life. The exoplanet, named TOI-1452 b, is described as potentially rocky like Earth, but larger. It has been observed orbiting a red dwarf star about 100 light years away from our planet. This is fairly close, according to some scientists. Because it is so close to the red dwarf, a year on TOI-1452 b takes just 11 days. The Rosetta Stone is one of the most famous artifacts of the ancient world. The 2,200-year-old granodiorite tablet is inscribed with a decree from Ptolemy V issued in 196 BC in hieroglyphics, Demotic script, and Ancient Greek. It’s discovery in 1977 was the literal key to translate all manner of ancient Egyptian writings.
