As if the “Barbie: The Movie” hype train couldn’t gain any more steam, star Margot Robbie just gave Architectural Digest a tour of the dream house set. Let’s just say we now fully understand how it caused a pink paint shortage. Robbie gushes over the fun, but admittedly impractical, slide from her bedroom down to her pool. She also revealed the pool has no water, since water, fire, and all other elements don’t exist in Barbie Land. This also means all her showering and teeth brushing are just mimed. Like children would while playing with a real Barbie doll. Even…

With “The Flash” currently in theaters, director Andy Muschietti and producer/sister Barbara Muschietti are the talks of the town. So much so, Muschietti has been confirmed to direct the upcoming “Batman: Brave And The Bold” live-action. The duo also signed a multi-year first-look deal with Warner Bros. Pictures and Warner Bros. Television Group/Max under their Double Dream banner. Which is fitting, since they are already developing the “It” prequel series “Welcome to Derry” for HBO. There have been rumors about Muschietti directing the  “Batman: Brave And The Bold” project. With the ongoing WGA strike, no one though any moves would…

Filmmaker Guillermo del Toro hopes the current boom of animated feature films will help studios take on more adventurous projects. Since movies like “Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse” and “The Super Mario Bros. Movie” are undeniably dominating the box office, it seems that there is a growing demand for titles that studios in the past may have written off as not profitable.  “The three hits of Spider-Verse, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Mario are moving things, allowing a little more latitude, but there are still big fights to be had,” del Toro said during a speech at the Annecy Animation Festival.…

With summer just around the corner, Crocs have teamed up with fast food giant Taco Bell on a pair of limited-edition slides. The shoes will be a re-imagining of Crocs’ Mellow Slides, which the company says are its “most comfortable shoes.” This is really saying something when your shoes are known for comfort over fashion.  But this new pair of slides seems to be trying to hit a balance between comfort and style. This iteration of the Mellow Slides comes in Taco Bell’s signature purple and black. With their slogan Live Más (Live More) printed on the two soles, and…

The CW is wrapping up its 2022-2023 season and looking ahead to next year. In May, the network had the future of three major shows up in the air. They have made the decision to cancel “Gotham Knights” and renew “Superman & Lois” and “All American: Homecoming”  for the 2023-2024 season. Even though it got the axe, “Gotham Knights” will close out its first, and now only, season with episodes airing on June 20th and 27th.
