I remember being a kid, roaming around the super market in the tiny toy isle while my Grandma shopped for groceries. Two things I always stopped to look at were Hot Wheels and Micro Machines. While corporate mega-giants like Disneyland continue to skyrocket their ticket prices, local landmarks like Scandia in the Inland Empire are closing for good.
