If George Miller‘s ultimate pre, during, and post-apocalytpic “Mad Max” films are your jam, Amazon has something you’ll want to pick up. Sure, if you’re anything like us, you’ve purchased all three of Miller’s original Mel Gibson-starring films several times, so why once again? In a word? Fidelity.
This long anticipated remastered 4k collection includes the first “Mad Max” film (1979), “Mad Max 2: The Road Warrior” (1981), and “Mad Max: Beyond Thunderdome” (1985). As a completist, this is slightly frustrating with the omission of “Fury Road,” but we’ll just watch the black and chrome edition again. Also, remember to keep an eye on Lloyd’s Auctions current crop- all of those amazing vehicles from “Fury Road!”
