The live-action adaptation of “How to Train Your Dragon” has joined the list of titles having their release dates pushed back. These changes are due to the AMPTP refusing to reach a fair deal with SAG-AFTRA, who’s strike has reached the 113-day mark. Universal and DreamWorks Animation announced the live-action “How to Train Your Dragon” is moving from a March 14th, 2025 release to June 13th, 2025. The release of The Beatles’ final song “Now and Then,” has been a rocky road over the past several decades. With the aid of Oscar-winning director Peter Jackson, not only has the song been released, it has a new music video reuniting the band! “Now and Then” began as a home demo from John Lennon, which the other members worked on in the mid-1990s. Dark Sky Films just acquired the North American rights to the werewolf thriller “Blackout” at the American Film Market, with Yellow Veil Pictures handling worldwide rights. The upcoming movie is written and directed by independent horror veteran Larry Fessenden. “Blackout” centers around a fine arts painter who is convinced that he is a werewolf wreaking havoc on a small American town under the full moon. After 30 years, the legendary Nicolas Cage finally got to play Superman. We are very sorry to report that stuntman Taraja Ramsess along with his daughters Sundari (aged 13), and Fugibo (8 weeks old) have passed away. This tragedy is the result of a two-vehicle accident late Tuesday night near Atlanta, Georgia. The accident also left two of Ramsess’ other children seriously injured. The accident occurred Halloween night when Ramsess’ Ford F-150 pickup crashed into a disabled 18-wheeler on the exit ramp from I-285 onto I-20 eastbound, police said. The band wrote and performed several songs for the 1986 movie, releasing the album “A Kind of Magic” to serve as its official soundtrack.
