According to a report from Cinelinx which was later confirmed by Collider, Smollett’s Black Canary is getting a solo project! Smollett first appeared as Dinah Lance in Cathy Yan’s “Birds of Prey” feature film for Warner Bros. Pictures alongside Margot Robbie’s Harley Quinn and Ewan McGregor’s Black Mask.Misha Green (“Lovecraft Country”) is set to write the script for the flick.
