FINALLY- TBS’s “Miracle Workers” season 4 has a new release date. This time, the action will take place in the apocalypse! Think “Mad Max” and “Fallout,” with some familiar set pieces, costumes, and cars. The series which stars Steve Buscemi and Daniel Radcliffe had been delayed earlier this year. Geraldine Viswanathan, Karan Soni and Jon Bass are also returning. “End Times” will see the characters living “in a dystopian future full of radioactive mutants, killer robots and a tyrannical homeowner’s association with outrageous annual fees.” Sounds….charming! According to the show’s official social media, season 4 of “Miracle Workers” will premiere July…

It’s been a minute since we talked positively about Amazon Prime Video’s adaptation of “The Wheel of Time.” While season one wasn’t exactly what we were hoping for, we will agree the casting for certain roles has been spot on. This is why the current rumored addition of Shohreh Aghdashloo is pretty exciting. You’ll no doubt recognize Aghdashloo from her genre work in series like “The Expanse,” “Star Trek Beyond,” and “Mass Effect.” Or perhaps her Oscar nominated turn in “House of Sand and Fog.” She’s also chatted with “Wheel of Time” showrunner Rafe Judkins on Twitter a time or…
This just in- That live-action “How to Train Your Dragon” adaptation has at long last found it’s stars! Mason Thames (“The Black Phone”) will play Hiccup, and Nico Parker (“The Last of Us”) will play Astrid! Dean DeBlois will direct. Universal has already dated the picture for a March 14h, 2025 release. Filming is expected to kickoff this summer.
We need to tell you a story about how Tony Hawk kickflipped some important “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem” news. As you’ll no doubt know, Seth Rogen’s upcoming “TMNT” animated film recently received a trailer, which has been making the rounds in theaters. Hawk kinda sorta spilled the beans about two-time Oscar winning composer (and Nine Inch Nails frontman) Trent Reznor’s involvement with the film. Following Hawk’s reveal, the film’s director Jeff Rowe confirmed the news on Twitter. “Well now that my teenage hero Tony Hawk has leaked that my music heroes are doing this I can add that…
Greta Gerwig’s “Barbie” continues to be one of the more anticipated films of the year. We’re not quite sure why, but there is something compelling about each of the teasers and trailers we’ve seen so far. Maybe it’s the color palette, maybe it’s the attention to detail (when Barbie steps out of her shoes, her feet maintain that signature tiptoe point). Or maybe it’s all Kate McKinnon as the Crazy Barbie. WHO KNOWS.In THIS trailer, Barbie and Ken get arrested, after she understandably throws a punch at a jerk who slaps her plastic ass. The film stars Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling as…
If there’s one thing we love around here aside from “Dune,” its auctions of memorabilia. We can’t really explain why, but you have to admit, seeing pieces of Hollywood and cinema history- the ACTUAL pieces- is pretty cool. Every so often, there’s something that comes to the block that is without measure. Such is the upcoming listing for Propstore’s June Entertainment Memorabilia auction. We’re speaking of course about the late, great Carrie Fisher’s iconic Ceremonial Dress from “Star Wars: Episode IV- A New Hope.” Talk about a piece of history! This is believed to be the ONLY surviving complete piece…
While we didn’t LOVE the first season of “The Wheel of Time,” we do agree the casting for each of these iconic characters from Robert Jordan’s (later finished by Brandon Sanderson) novels was pretty spot on. That’s why, yes, we’re pretty excited for season 2. This morning, Prime video released 8 first look images (thanks, Entertainment Weekly!) of whats to come in the second season. IT’S FREAKING AVIENDHA!! And, AND, the recast of Mat Cauthon, who will now be played by Dónal Finn.”The Wheel of Time” season 2 will premiere September 1st, 2023. Check out the images now:
We are so very sorry to report the passing of actor Ray Stevenson. Probably best known by audiences for his role of Titus Pullo in HBO’s “Rome,” his credits also included Marvel Studios’ “Thor” films, “Black Sails,” “Punisher: War Zone,” and most recently, the Oscar winning film “RRR.” This news was confirmed by his team. No cause has been given. He was 58. Fans will be able to see him in the upcoming “Star Wars” series “Ahsoka” on Disney+, which is due out later this year. This story is developing…
This just in-while the House of Mouse continues to feud with the state of Florida, a big change is coming to their Walt Disney World park. The immersive “Star Wars” Galactic Starcruiser hotel is officially closing September 28th-30th. “Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser is one of our most creative projects ever and has been praised by our guests and recognized for setting a new bar for innovation and immersive entertainment,” the company said in a statement. “This premium, boutique experience gave us the opportunity to try new things on a smaller scale of 100 rooms, and as we prepare for its final…
