Serena Williams has been sporting homage to the Marvel Film Black Panther with her new black bodysuit. Recently the French Open has banned her from wearing the “Wakanda-inspired catsuit” to future events. Microsoft appears to be taking a page out of the cellular subscription model. For years now companies like Verizon and At&t have been keeping customers by including the hardware in the subscription. Microsoft is thinking of adding the console in the monthly subscription fee. The new subscription service would be called Xbox All Access. There are two tiers of pricing. There would be a $22 version where you would get an Xbox One S console, access to the Xbox Live multiplayer gaming service and access to Xbox Game Pass, a subscription service offering a broad catalog of games. Hasbro and DC Comics have settled over a lawsuit over the name Bumblebee. Judge Lorna Schofield, of the Southern District of New York, ordered the case dismissed Wednesday after receiving a settlement notice from DC’s attorneys. Hasbro sought to stop sales of a Bumblebee doll from the DC Superhero Girls collection because they thought it would be confusing for sales. This week they settled over the name though the outcome is still unknown about what that settlement means. Terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
