October 11th, 1975 marked the first airing of the legendary television series “Saturday Night Live.” Sony Pictures is currently producing a film, “SNL 1975,” about that night. It’s now confirmed that Nicholas Braun (“Succession”), Tommy Dewey (“Casual”), and Nicholas Podany (“Hello Tomorrow”) will be among the film’s cast. Braun will play Jim Henson, founder of The Muppets. If you didn’t know, Henson was a big part of the first few seasons of the show. Just when you think the Willy’s Chocolate Experience event in Glasgow couldn’t get more weird, it does. Actress Kirsty Paterson, the most bummed-out Oompla Loompa ever, has joined Cameo. That’s right- you can get a personalized video from the person behind the meme from the failed Wonka experience. Willy’s Chocolate Experience promised families a whimsical, immersive, event. On February 19th, 1980, music lost the legendary Bon Scott, lead singer for the Australian rock band AC/DC. Production companies Halo Films and Protocol Pictures are currently working on “The Kid From Harvest Road” paying tribute to the iconic vocalist. We have another exciting cast announcement for Sony’s upcoming “Karate Kid” movie. Ming-Na Wen (“Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.”) will be joining the cast! The owner of X, formally Twitter, is already being sued by several of the company’s former employees, landlords, and vendors due to alleged nonpayment.
