We have good news and bad news for fans of beloved childhood characters being adapted into horror movies. The good news is that Iconic Events Releasing has put out a first-look image of the Steamboat Willie-based movie “Screamboat.” The bad news is that the film’s release window has been pushed back from January to April. Marvel Studios’ upcoming show “Daredevil: Born Again” is slated to hit Disney+ in under two months. While the streamer has released some footage, an official trailer hasn’t materialized yet. Star Vincent D’Onofrio, who is reprising his role as Wilson Fisk aka Kingpin, explained why it’s been delayed. Investigators in St. Louis are looking into a string of high-dollar thefts from local restaurants. Their target? Used cooking oil. The leftover grease from these restaurants can be processed into biodiesel, jet fuel, and feed for cows/chickens. With more consumers ditching fossil fuels each year, this used grease can now go for a pretty penny. Which is apparently what inspired thieves in St. Louis, IL to go after the substance. In November, two men were caught on camera backing up a truck, and taking all the grease from a restaurant’s tanker. These tankers are usually stored by dumpsters outside since restaurants…

This year, they will honor acting legend and social advocate Warwick Davis, with the BAFTA Fellowship! We have bad news for the horror hounds out there. On February 9th, Animal Planet will host its 21st Puppy Bowl.
