Three years after her passing, her legacy lives on through the Nichelle Nichols Space Camp in Huntsville, Alabama. On June 14th or 15th, the sculptures “Icarus Within” and “Quantum Mechanics: Homme” by Sir Daniel Winn were stolen from a warehouse in Anaheim, California. By June 21st, the police announced that they had recovered the two 8-foot-tall pieces. We have some good news for all the “MobLand” fans out there. Paramount+ has renewed the crime drama for a second season! The show debuted on the streamer in March and ended its first season on June 1st. This renewal isn’t much of a shock, though.
