That’s right, the toy and shoe manufacturers have entered into a multi-year global partnership. The first product set to launch under this new deal is Crocs, designed to look like LEGO blocks. DC Studios is leaving us some fun little breadcrumbs for Craig Gillespie’s (“I, Tonya“) upcoming film “Supergirl.” DC co-head James Gunn shared a fun behind-the-scenes look at Jason Momoa (“Moana”) as Lobo. This afternoon, Gunn posted a video of Momoa stepping out of his trailer on set. The first wave of shows for Netflix is a Joke Fest 2026 has been announced. This will be the 3rd year for the festival, which is spread across 35 Los Angeles venues with more than 350 live events planned. On December 31st 2025, Nintendo of America’s President and COO, the perfectly named Doug Bowser, retired. Not long after, he found a new line of work. Bowser has joined the board of directors at Hasbro. The toy manufacturer/entertainment holding company behind Wizards of the Coast, Monopoly, Nerf, and IPs like “Transformers” and “Peppa Pig.” During Bowser’s time at Nintendo, he oversaw the launch of Nintendo Switch 2 and aided the company in branching off into more licensed merchandise.
