“Magical Girl Site” manga creator Kentarō Satō is demanding $1 billion from Elon Musk. Musk tweeted some of Satō’s work, uncredited. Back in March, Twitter’s controversial new owner posted a meme that included the artist’s work. Earlier this month, Satō retweeted this image with a quote saying “Twitter’s new CEO Elon Musk has reprinted my drawings on Twitter without permission, so please give me one billion. In dollars,” in Japanese.  While Satō’s tone heavily implies this is a joke, some commenters believe he should pursue legal action against Musk. With the “The Walking Dead” series finale looming, AMC Networks and the show’s producers will be in court once again battling over profits. Producers Gale Anne Hurd, David Alpert, Charles Eglee, Glenn Mazzara, and comic creator/producer Robert Kirkman have filed yet another suit. The group first sued AMC in 2017 over how profits from the show are calculated. Most of these claims have since been thrown out by the court. The reason for this recent lawsuit dates back to 2013 when then showrunner Frank Darabont was fired. Darabont and his agency CAA claimed AMC “deprived him of millions in profits…

The Parker’s iconic home from “A Christmas Story” is up for sale for the first time in 18 years! The house, located at 3159 West 11th Street, Cleveland, OH was the focal point of Bob Clark’s 1983 family Christmas classic. This three-story home was built in 1895. The property was last purchased on eBay in 2004 by Brian Jones. It was in such disrepair it required a complete renovation on the inside and out, to get back to its former glory. With winter coming, fall’s pumpkin spice invasion is on its way out. Meaning peppermint will soon be in all our foods and drinks. Fast food chain Wendy’s is leading the charge with their new peppermint Frosty. Starting November 15th, Wendy’s will add a peppermint version of its signature treat to the menu for a limited time. It also marks a potentially huge shift in the way the company changes existing menu items. He chose the new moniker via the Arctic Risk Name Generator which alters people’s names to reflect the risks of global climate chang.
