We feel it in our fingers, we feel it in our toeees! Because “Love Actually” is celebrating its 20th anniversary with a reunion special. Attending the event will be at least five of our favorite actors who starred in the heartfelt comedy drama. Fans can also look forward to never-before-shared footage and behind-the-scenes anecdotes from filming.
Hosted by Diane Sawyer and director Richard Curtis, stars Bill Nighy, Emma Thompson, and Hugh Grant will be in attendance. As well as Laura Linney, Olivia Olson, and Thomas Brodie-Sangster, now all grown up as a 32-year old adult. It doesn’t look like Liam Neeson or Kiera Knightly will be joining the reunion.

“Love Actually” is a Christmas anthology film beloved by many who adore the holiday season. Following the lives of several different characters who experience love in different forms and fashions, for better or worse. Love’s unpredictability, pain, and wonderfulness is woven through out a film about humanity and heart. And with a sprinkle of humor throughout. From a mourning father navigating life with his stepson, to a rock star with hidden feelings for his agent, to a pair of porn star body doubles, love is found in the strangest of places.
The trailer gives us a taste of what looks to be a fun-filled evening of anecdotes and enjoyable conversations with a cast now 20 years older. Many seem to be in the mood to look back on fond memories, and perhaps spill some juicy tidbits previously unshared. The reunion premieres November 29th on ABC. If you miss the live broadcast, it will be available on Hulu next day.
