Fallout 76 has not been going well. Many players have been disappointed with the lack luster performance of the multi-player adventure. It’s no surprise then that players have been on the lookout for a new Fallout game. That vigilance led to an interesting discovery this Sunday, listings for a Bethesda product of unknown origin.

First spotted by user Wario64 on Twitter, placeholder listings from Bethesda briefly appeared on Amazon. The pages were for a standard, deluxe and collector’s editions of something coming to PC, Xbox One and PS4. The pages also contain a countdown timer which is still up. The video counts down from 10 in an old-timey style reminiscent of the Fallout franchise.

Everyone is ready to jump back into their power armor

Many fans speculate this to be a remastered version of an earlier Fallout game. Fallout 3 or Fallout: New Vegas are definitely high on the contender list. Both games are widely loved and could use a remake for the newer consoles. A few people even hold out hope for 3D versions of the original games to the franchise. The placeholders have already jumped to the top of Amazon’s PS4 bestsellers list thanks to eager fans.

Now all that is left for fans is to wait for the big reveal. Whether it is a remake or something totally new, things are definitely going to be interesting on the Bethesda front.
