To help crack down on Halloween pranks, the city of Beverly Hills banned the personal possession of some traditional “trick” tools. During a meeting on September 19th, the Beverly Hills City Council voted unanimously to adopt a new ordinance. The London stage play based on “Stranger Things” has announced its cast, set dates for previews, and has a formal opening date. “Stranger Things: The First Shadow” is a prequel to the Netflix hit series set in 1959. Previews for the show will begin on November 17th, 2023 at the Phoenix Theater in London’s West End.
