This just in-while we’re still not sure why the hell anyone would want a “Harry Potter” tv series, HBO is moving full-Hogwarts Express steam head on the project. This of course means casting will happen eventually, and that’s what brings us to today’s rumor. Also, “What If…?” is awesome! The official trailer for season 3 has all kinds of blink and you’ll miss it goodies, but perhaps the most exciting (other than Howard the Duck) is who wields Mjolnir at the end. Perhaps my FAVORITE…

*sigh*As if the news this week couldn’t be more divisive, here comes updates from a galaxy far, far away. Apparently Simon Kinberg will be tackling the next trilogy of films for “Star Wars.” He will be writing and producing. Kinberg was a consultant during the relaunch of the franchise following Disney’s purchase of Lucasfilm, specifically lending his opinions to “The Force Awakens.”This comes after reports of Kinberg wanting to revisit and reboot Paramount’s “Star Trek” films, and after his proposed “Battlestar Galactica” projects (a film and a tv show) didn’t pan out. This story is developing…
