This morning, DC Comics released a short teaser showcasing the incredible all-star talent who will be a part of the 2021 DC FanDome. Once again taking place virtually, the action starts on October 16th, and will feature new looks at some of the upcoming DC Comics’ properties. We are delighted to share the news from Disney of when Marvel Studios’ “Shang-Chi and the Legend of The Ten Rings” will release for home consumption. The theatrically-released only film did very well, considering the limitations of several theater chains still being closed. “Saturday Night Live” returned this weekend for season 47 on NBC. Just…just take a minute to process that number. 47 seasons of Lorne Michaels’ sketch comedy show that has launched a thousand careers and continues to endure. We wanted to take a minute and highlight one of the sketches from the Owen Wilson-hosted episode. Billionaire “Star Trek” takes shots at Jeff Bezos, Richard Branson, and Elon Musk in a pretty perfect headcanon way. This just in- it appears that season 3 of Netflix’s “Umbrella Academy” will release in 2022. That’s….kinda all we know so far, but that’s good enough for now! We can’t wait to see what’s in store for Elliot Page and the rest of the Hargreaves children after that insane season 2 finale. We’ll let you know what else we hear about this and other news. After what seems like 40 years, collectors can finally add another official George Lucas figure to their “Star Wars” collections.
