Mary Anne Butler (Mab) has been part of the fast-paced world of journalism since she was 15, getting her start in album reviews and live concert coverage for a nationally published (print) music magazine. She eventually transitioned to online media, writing for such sites as UGO/IGN, ComicsOnline, Geek Magazine, Ace of Geeks, Aggressive Comix (where she is still Editor-in-Chief), Bleeding Cool (where she was News Editor), and now Nerdbot as Editor-In-Chief. Over the past 10 years, she’s built a reputation at conventions across the globe as a cosplayer (occasionally), photographer (constantly), panelist and moderator (mostly), and reporter (always). Interviews, reviews, observations, breaking news, and objective reporting are the name of the game for the founder of Harkonnen Knife Fight, a Dune-themed band with an international presence. Though she be but little, she is fierce.

Morrison, who brought character Jango Fett to life in “Star Wars: Episode II- Attack of the Clones,” came back to the galaxy far, far away as Boba Fett in season 2 of “The Mandalorian.” The official Star Wars accounts were kind enough to add some photos of a pretty awesome gift Morrison received recently. An absolutely beautiful wooden Boba Fett Mandalorian helmet, done in traditional Māori style. The helmet was designed and created by fellow New Zealander Mr G Hoete Art.All photos by Elevate Media, via Star Wars:…

One of the big questions going into Denis Villuneve’s “Dune” was where the break in part one would be. Would we meet certain members of the Atreides family by the time the credits rolled? What about key characters from the Harkonnen? Or even the Imperial Family? As we know, the end point for “Dune Part One” was….strange. Certainly setting the stage for Paul Muad’Dib’s rather Lawrence of Arabian journey. But also just a weird place to pause. Villeneuve recently spoke with Empire Magazine about where “Dune Part Two” is as far as production. And, even mentioned we’d definitely be getting…
