Scientists exploring the undersea trenches of Japan have released footage of the deepest fish ever filmed! A young snailfish strutted its stuff for the camera at an incredible depth of 8,336 meters. While the footage was recorded in September, the researchers just released this incredible video last week. If the deepest recorded fish wasn’t enough, they also physically caught two other specimens at 8,022 meters. Which set yet another record for the deepest catch. Before this discovery the deepest snailfish ever recorded was spotted at 7,703 meters down in 2008. And before these catches, they had never been able to…

The long-awaited film adaptation of popular horror game “Five Nights at Freddy’s” finally has a release date. The movie will be debuting in theaters the same day it hits NBC’s Peacock streaming service. Taking place in the fictional family pizzeria, “Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza,” players take on the role of a security guard who must defend themselves from the restaurant’s homicidal animatronic characters that become mobile at night. Writer/director/studio head James Gunn sure has a way of making comic fans salivate, doesn’t he? In his latest tease, he suggested that a crossover between Marvel Studios and DC Studios is not only possible, but more likely, due to his involvement with both companies. In 2022, Paramount Pictures announced a horror western film with the delightfully punny title, “Organ Trail.” The film centers around Abigale Archer, who is alone in a merciless Montana winter in 1870. With “The Super Mario Bros. Movie” recently hitting theaters, actor John Leguizamo is once again voicing his disapproval of the new film. Leguizamo portrayed Luigi along with Bob Hoskins as Mario in the 1993 live-action adaptation of the popular video game. HBO Max’s “It” prequel series “Welcome To Derry” has apparently found its main cast. The series is led by filmmakers Andy and Barbara Muschietti, who created the most recent addition to the “It” franchise, along with Jason Fuchs, who worked with them previously as a co-producer on “It Chapter Two.” Taylour Paige (“Zola”), Jovan Adepo (“Babylon”), Chris Chalk (“Perry Mason”), and James Remar (“Oppenheimer”) have reportedly been cast. Director Todd Phillips finished shooting “Joker: Folie à Deux,” the much-anticipated sequel to his 2019 film “Joker.” In celebration, he posted an announcement accompanied by photos of Joaquin Phoenix and Lady Gaga in character. Joseph Gordon-Levitt (“Inception”), Shailene Woodley (“The Descendants”), and Richard Madden (“Game of Thrones”) are set to star in Prime Video’s new thriller “Killer Heat.” The new movie is based on Jo Nesbø’s 2021 short story, “The Jealousy Man.” It will center around twin brothers (Madden) caught in a violent love triangle on a remote Greek island.
