If life wasn’t meta enough for you, AMC’s “Better Call Saul” is being sued by Liberty Tax Service for “intentional misuse” and a “rip off” of its image. Liberty Tax Service filed the complaint with the Manhattan federal court August 1st. They allege AMC Networks Inc. and Sony Pictures Television Inc. are guilty of “dilution, defamation, disparagement, and injurious falsehoods” for depicting of their business as fraudulent. FX Chairman John Landgraf has revealed season 11 of “American Horror Story” is coming in 2022. He stated this at the Television Critics Association’s summer press tour, during his Q&A on August 2nd. MTV Studios has greenlit a straight-to-series order for the animated series “Everybody Still Hates Chris,” which will be a follow-up to the popular live-action sitcom “Everybody Hates Chris.”  The new cartoon will follow the same basic premise of the original series and revolve around stories from comedian Chris Rock’s childhood.  Rock was an awkward teenager in the late 1980s with a working-class family living in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn. Based on the popular “Saw” horror franchise, an official themed escape room is coming this October. It promises the “twisted world of Jigsaw in a unique, multi-room escape experience.” No official address has been given yet but location is a 5 minute walk from both Tower Hill and Fenchurch Street Station in London, England. “A Song of Ice and Fire” author George R. R. Martin has adapted Howard Waldrop’s short story “Night of the Cooters” into a short film of the same name. Vincent D’Onofrio (“Marvel’s Daredevil”) lended his acting and directorial talents, leading the short to take home Best Sci-Fi at this year’s LA Shorts International Film Festival.
