This mystery is sure to have you scratching your noodle. Someone dumped roughly 15 wheelbarrows full of pasta along a river bank in Old Bridge, New Jersey. The strange finding was first reported to town resident Nina Jochnowitz. Jochnowitz, unsuccessfully, ran for local office a few years ago. Amazon Prime’s “The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power” will continue to shoot its second season while the Writers Guild of America (WGA) mounts an industry-wide strike. The series was only set to shoot for 19 more days. But per strike rules, the crew must do so without creators/writers/executive producers J.D. Payne and Patrick McKay. Since Payne, McKay, and any other writer-producers cannot participate in any writing-based duties while the strike is still going on. Actor Scoot McNairy (“Halt and Catch Fire”) has officially joined the cast for the new horror thriller “Speak No Evil.” The upcoming film is a collaboration between Blumhouse and Universal Pictures, directed and written by James Watkins (“The Woman in Black,” “Eden Lake”).  “Speak No Evil” is based on the screenplay for the 2022 Danish psychological horror thriller “Gæsterne,” co-written by Christian Tafdrup and Mads Tafdrup. Writer/showrunner Ryan Murphy has confirmed “Monster’s” second season will focus on Lyle and Erik Menendez. The Menendez brothers were convicted of murdering their parents in 1996. This will be a follow-up to the anthology series’ first season which focused on serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer. “Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story” will focus onJosé and Mary Louise “Kitty” Menendez being shot and killed in their Beverly Hills mansion on August 20th, 1989.
