Perhaps one of the most talked about episodes of Disney+ live action series, season 2 finale of “The Mandalorian,” is getting it’s own Gallery episode. If you’ll recall, ‘Gallery’ is the behind-the-scenes series produced for the various big projects on the House of Mouse’s streaming service. Announced by the official Star Wars website, a ‘special episode’ of “The Mandalorian” gallery is coming!
Hot on the heels of “The Mandalorian” receiving 24 Emmy nominations-
“Making of the Season 2 Finale” is a behind-the-scenes look at the making of this celebrated “chapter” of The Mandalorian, with a focus on the technology used for recreating Luke Skywalker. It delves into the collaborative process, including working with Mark Hamill, to create an authentic and fitting recreation, and explores the immense pressure and responsibility the filmmakers had in bringing back one of the most important characters in film history.
The episode will hit Disney+ on August 24th 2021, only on Disney+.
