Life is crazy and sometimes we forget to update those we love with what’s going on. In my case there is a high probability that we’ll be moving soon to another state, leaving my parents behind here in California. While that is something that is a bit melancholic there is one way that I thought we could make it a little easier on our hearts. I’ve been looking into buying a digital frame for them for a while now so that we can share images of the kids easily and so that they will feel involved even if we are far away. That’s when I found Cozyla’s Digital frames which I decided to give a try.
Cozyla’s Digital frames allow you to be able to share images of your loved ones with those that may be far away. It has many features that allow you to send pictures from a number of places like your email or from your phone via the app. They also have something called “Touchless Gift Mode” which allows you to set the frame up without unboxing it if you’re giving it as a gift.

Highlights:
- Innovative digital frames with WiFi HD touch screen, available in multiple sizes and styles
- Send pictures via email, Google Photos, Instagram, and the Cozyla app. Sync your 10000+ Google Photos to the frame with a few clicks.
- Share the albums to other frames without uploading thousands of photos again.
- Free unlimited storage powered by Amazon and an easy to use app to upload photos anytime.
- The touchless gift mode allows the gift giver to pre-set the frame and preload photos and greeting messages without unboxing. And the recipient can plug and play photos without app and setup.
- Upload photos to frames with voice recordings to make your pictures come to life.

The pictures with voice recordings is one of the coolest parts of the frame. That means that you can send personal messages to the recipient without having to worry about a subscription. One of the things I found with my mother-in-laws frame by Skylight which I gifted a few years ago is that to access things like sending videos or send messages with the images you had to subscribe to their service. This frame by Cozyla does not use a subscription service and you can send any amount of video or recorded message that you want.
Another neat feature is that their frames use Alexa, so it’s almost like having a personal assistant along with a wonderful place to keep images of loved ones. With this feature the frame will allow for things like helping those who may be losing their memory keep things in line. One of the things Cozyla says on their website is that they help people who are dealing with Alzheimer’s.

- In addition to play music, audiobooks, and the news, Alexa can be especially useful in the early stages of cognitive decline. It can help people with dementia follow a daily routine and retain their independence. For example, the “My Carer” skill can remind people with early-stage dementia how to take medication or prepare their lunch.
