Viz Announces Casting for the Sailor Stars!

For most of my life I have been a Sailor Moon fan, how big you ask? Well let me put it to you this way. I used to go online (when dial up was still a thing) and log onto a website that I wrote down because I could never remember it, and read every single episode synopsis. And it was there in my young pre-teen life that I fell in love with the wonderful Sailor Starlights. Naturally my love for them grew as I got older, hell I am a firm believer that Seiya and Usagi belong to each other (FREAKING FIGHT ME). In the old days when Sailor Moon was ripped from our clutches there was a website called S.O.S (Save our Sailors) petitions were there to try and save the series and keep it going in America. Well as you can tell, it didn’t do so hot.

Fast forward to now and low and behold! It was revealed that YES Sailor Moon’s final season would actually be dubbed for the American audiences! How exciting this is! And finally we have the voice actresses!

We have Stephanie Sheh, the voice of Sailor Moon as Chibi-Chibi
Melissa Hutchison as Sailor Star Fighter
Erika Harlacher as Sailor Star Maker
Sarah Williams as Sailor Star Healer
and Carrie Keranen as Sailor Galaxia

One thing I am curious about is, that the beginning of the season we still have Queen Nehelenia in the first part, is the voice actress from Season SuperS going to reprise her role? Of course she is because you know why? Viz is doing the dub right, Finally(Looking at you DIC and Cloverway). All I know is the closer we get to the release date the closer we get to more memorabilia. C’mon man, it’s hard to find Starlight stuff.
