The Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy and Horror Films have revealed the list of nominees for the 2022 Saturn Awards. Created to honor science fiction, fantasy, and horror in film, the Saturns also have categories for films belonging to genre fiction, as well as television and home media releases. Production on George Miller’s next post-apocalyptic film “Furiosa” has reportedly shut down. While that sounds alarming, it appears this is due to an abundance of caution.According to The Daily Mail, Miller has reportedly tested positive for Covid-19. The Oscar-winning filmmaker will isolate at home as a precaution. “Furiosa” is a prequel to Miller’s incredible 2015 film, “Mad Max: Fury Road.” It will, as the title suggests, center on the character of Furiosa, Imperator and liberator. We are absolutely delighted to share the news that Netflix has renewed their incredible anthology series “Love, Death + Robots” for a 4th season. The announcement was made this morning by the streaming giant, which is titling the season volume IV. Just yesterday, Academy and Emmy Award winning director Alberto Mielgo picked up an early Emmy Award for Outstanding Individual Achievement in Animation for breakout short “Jibaro.”We don’t know anything about what the season will include yet, but we’ll let you know what we hear about this and other news. Adult Swim has released the official trailer for season 6 of their highly popular animated series “Rick and Morty.” The long-running program was created by Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon. It stars the voices of Roiland as Rick Sanchez and Morty Smith, Chris Parnell as Jerry Smith, Spencer Grammer as Summer Smith, and Sarah Chalke as Beth Smith. “Rick and Morty” season 6 premieres on September 4th, 2022.

After much back and forth debate about whether or not the Emmy Awards would be going forward, we know who will host the 2022 event. We’re not sure who actually thought this was a good idea, but we’re apparently getting a live-action movie based on Pac-Man. This just in-The ongoing legal saga of “The Flash” star Ezra Miller isn’t over yet. The actor has been charged with felony burglary in Stamford, Vermont. The alleged incident took place back in May of 2022. A police report from local authorities detailed how they had been notified of a burglary complaint from a residence. Responding officers discovered “several bottles of alcohol” had been taken, while the residents weren’t home. Probable cause to charge Miller with felony burglary into an unoccupied dwelling came from witness statements and surveillance videos. Warner Bros. Pictures has not commented on the situation at present.
