Mary Anne Butler (Mab) has been part of the fast-paced world of journalism since she was 15, getting her start in album reviews and live concert coverage for a nationally published (print) music magazine. She eventually transitioned to online media, writing for such sites as UGO/IGN, ComicsOnline, Geek Magazine, Ace of Geeks, Aggressive Comix (where she is still Editor-in-Chief), Bleeding Cool (where she was News Editor), and now Nerdbot as Editor-In-Chief. Over the past 10 years, she’s built a reputation at conventions across the globe as a cosplayer (occasionally), photographer (constantly), panelist and moderator (mostly), and reporter (always). Interviews, reviews, observations, breaking news, and objective reporting are the name of the game for the founder of Harkonnen Knife Fight, a Dune-themed band with an international presence. Though she be but little, she is fierce.

Production on George Miller’s next post-apocalyptic film “Furiosa” has reportedly shut down. While that sounds alarming, it appears this is due to an abundance of caution.According to The Daily Mail, Miller has reportedly tested positive for Covid-19. The Oscar-winning filmmaker will isolate at home as a precaution. “Furiosa” is a prequel to Miller’s incredible 2015 film, “Mad Max: Fury Road.” It will, as the title suggests, center on the character of Furiosa, Imperator and liberator. The announcement was made this morning by the streaming giant, which is titling the season volume IV. Adult Swim has released the official trailer for season 6 of their highly popular animated series “Rick and Morty.” The long-running program was created by Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon. This just in-The ongoing legal saga of “The Flash” star Ezra Miller isn’t over yet. The actor has been charged with felony burglary in Stamford, Vermont. The alleged incident took place back in May of 2022. A police report from local authorities detailed how they had been notified of a burglary complaint from a residence. Responding officers discovered “several bottles of alcohol” had been taken, while the residents weren’t home. Probable cause to charge Miller with felony burglary into an unoccupied dwelling came from witness statements and surveillance videos. Warner Bros. Pictures has not commented on the situation at present.
