Fans of the Neil Gaiman-created “The Sandman” series are probably excited about this news. The Netflix series adaptation of the graphic novel of the same name has already been a favorite, with both critics and audiences alike. From pretty perfect casting for these characters to stellar writing, “The Sandman” season 2 is certainly something to look forward to. America’s Dad Tom Hanks seems like a pretty great guy. From his start in comedy to his NUMEROUS Oscars for dramatic work, he is one of the greats. He also, as it turns out, is like many dads. This month celebrates the 25th anniversary of “Star Wars: Episode I- The Phantom Menace.” Yes, the film has had a rocky road. The first of creator George Lucas’s prequel films remains divisive among fandom. Is it good? Is it bad? Is it a product of it’s time and director’s vanity? This just in- it appears Prime Video has passed on the Spider-Man adjacent series, “Silk: Spider Society.” This doesn’t mean it’s DEAD, as some sources indicate it’s currently being shopped around to other homes.The project was first floated back in 2018 as an animated series, then a film, then back to a series from “The Walking Dead” showrunner Angela Kang. this just in- The long-awaited continuation of “Marvel’s Daredevil” finally has a release date! Charlie Cox and co. are returning to Hell’s Kitchen to do battle once again. According to Disney during today’s upfront presentation, we can expect “Daredevil: Born Again” to hit Disney+ sometime in March 2025. Well keep you updated on this and other news.
