Sure, maybe it’s heresy, but “Mallrats” is my personal favorite entry in Kevin Smith’s ViewAskewverse. Mixing some brilliant writing with realistic performances, the tale of comics and love stands the test of time. And, as it turns out, deserves a true sequel. Lisa Joy and Jonathan Nolan, the married writing duo behind HBO’s “Westworld” have announced their brand-new project for Amazon, and fans of the Wasteland are gonna be excited. Joy and Nolan are currently developing a television series based on the highly popular video game franchise “Fallout.”

Not gonna lie, we thought maybe this report was a holdover from April Fool’s Day. It would appear that Jason Momoa will be saying Mele Kalikimaka as a live-action version of holiday perennial favorite, Frosty The Snowman. Yes, really. We are delighted to reveal the official premiere date for CBS All Access’s upcoming animated “Star Trek” spinoff series, “Star Trek: Lower Decks.” Set in the year 2380, the series centers aboard the U.S.S. Cerritos. We are absolutely heartbroken to share the news that Carl Reiner has passed away. The creator of such legendary comedy as “The Dick van Dyke Show” was 98.
