Mary Anne Butler (Mab) has been part of the fast-paced world of journalism since she was 15, getting her start in album reviews and live concert coverage for a nationally published (print) music magazine. She eventually transitioned to online media, writing for such sites as UGO/IGN, ComicsOnline, Geek Magazine, Ace of Geeks, Aggressive Comix (where she is still Editor-in-Chief), Bleeding Cool (where she was News Editor), and now Nerdbot as Editor-In-Chief. Over the past 10 years, she’s built a reputation at conventions across the globe as a cosplayer (occasionally), photographer (constantly), panelist and moderator (mostly), and reporter (always). Interviews, reviews, observations, breaking news, and objective reporting are the name of the game for the founder of Harkonnen Knife Fight, a Dune-themed band with an international presence. Though she be but little, she is fierce.

On this edition of Nerdbot Talks, Dade Elza chats with Dylan Sprouse about his brand-new comic book series “Sun Eater.” Sure, you might remember Dylan best from his days as Zack Martin on the Disney Channel’s “Suite Life of Zack and Cody,” where he co-stared with his twin brother Cole Sprouse (Jughead Jones on The CW’s “Riverdale”), but he’s venturing into the world of funny pages with “Sun Eater.”He is also the co-founder of New York’s All-Wise Meadery. Mmm. Mead. About “Sun Eater”: Sun Eater is a nine-issue saga that takes place in ninth century Norway, where a drug-addled warrior…

Pictures’ “Tenet.”If you missed it, AMC Chief Aram Aron had said the chain would NOT be requiring face masks for guests following reopening, citing that they “did not want to be drawn into political controversy.” Because clearly, the global pandemic is a party-issue? We digress.“We thought it might be counterproductive if we forced mask wearing on those people who believe strongly that it…

As you can see, there are roughly 9 bound scripts in that fact stack of papers, so we’re assuming that’s how many episodes we’ll be getting for season 4. The first episode of season 4 is titled “The Hell Fire Club” possibly in reference to the notable New York Mutants-only organization from “X-Men” comics where Emma…
