So….today was the Sony PlayStation 5 Showcase, and it went pretty well. So well in fact that online retailers WalMart and Game Stop opened their pre orders for the PS5 a day early. Subsequently, the Game Stop website is currently completely down. Other retailers also opened their pre orders shortly after users reported managing to order their units via WalMart, so if you were lucky enough to get in on Best Buy, Target, or another retailer- good for you.Still no word on when Amazon’s sale will go live. The very last tease that happened during Sony PlayStation 5 Showcase today was the one we were waiting for- Another chapter in the God of War saga from Santa Monica Studio IS coming!”God of War: Ragnarök!” That’s about all we know so far, but this DOES answer the question about Cory Barlog’s mysterious posts to his Twitter account. We are so excited to share the news that the long rumored upcoming “Harry Potter” video game release is REAL, and it’ll be coming for PlayStation 5 in 2021.
