One of our favorite authors Andy Weir (“The Martian,” “Artemis”) has shared a new image of the upcoming film adaptation of his third novel, “Project Hail Mary.” Directors Phil Lord and Chris Miller are handling the flick for Sony Pictures, and Ryan Gosling will play the lead. Earlier today, Nintendo revealed the first images from the upcoming live-action “The Legend of Zelda” movie. We see Bo Bragason as Princess Zelda, and Benjamin Evan Ainsworth as Link, out in the wilds of Hyrule. “We have officially begun filming the live-action movie adaptation of “The Legend of Zelda” in the magnificent great outdoors, together with Bo Bragason, who plays Zelda, and Benjamin Evan Ainsworth, who plays Link,” Miyamoto said by way of a tweet. “The filming is progressing smoothly, so I would appreciate it if you could quietly watch over us. This weekend, scores of Fallout fans invaded a small town in Nevada to celebrate the franchise during the 4th annual Fallout Fan Celebration (New Vegas Day). Aaron Moten, Walton Goggins, and Jonathan Nolan stopped by the Pioneer Saloon in Goodsprings, NV to serve Nukacola to fans. Not only that, but Goggins casually reminded everyone that season 3 of the Prime Video series is in the works. *sigh*We’re still not sure why or how Labubus became all the rage. But, they are, and they’re not going away anytime soon. Enter Sony Pictures and a supposedly in development film about the…creatures. There is almost nothing known about the project, other than it’s happening. We don’t know if it’ll be animated or live-action. We don’t know who will write, direct, or star. We’ll let you know what else we hear about this and other news.

This just in-mere days after news came down that a fourth Kelvin timeline “Star Trek” film was off the table at Paramount Pictures, here comes a new crew. John Francis Daley and Jonathan Goldstein, the pair behind “Game Night” and “Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves” are apparently developing an all new “Star Trek” film for the studio. They will write and direct what’s being called an “all new” film in the Gene Roddenberry-created universe. That’s sort of all we know right now, but we’ll let you know what we hear about this and other news.

Cameras are rolling on season 2 of HBO Max’s “Dune: Prophecy.” As if that isn’t exciting enough, we know of at least three faces joining the cast as well.
