One of the fun things about being in the spotlight is that brands notice you. In an interview Alysa Liu said previously that she loved Bratz dolls. And now that comment has turned into this, BRATZ MADE ALYSA LIU A DOLL! She’s complete with the gold sequin skating dress. The bangs. The medal. The POSE. They matched every single detail from her Olympic win and this might be the most accurate Bratz recreation they’ve ever done. Unfortunately the doll was digitally made, so it’s not a physical doll you can put on your shelf. However, we wouldn’t put it past…

According to the New York Times shipwreck hunters have now found the remains of a 19th-century passenger steamer called the Lac La Belle. The Lac La Belle has been a mystery for nearly 150 years but now thanks to divers they’ve found her at the bottom of Lake Michigan. The Lac La Belle was a luxury steamer built in 1864 that went down during a gale in October 1872. It was last reported to be seen off the Wisconsin shore with 53 passengers and crew aboard. After taking on water and losing its boiler fires in heavy seas, the ship…
Once in a while a crime story comes up that is so weird that it’s almost too strange to be real. This story was one that caught my attention. Since I come from California, more specifically near the high desert where meth labs are prominent this struck a familiar cord with me. Basically, a crazy person and a meth lab with a sprinkle of dynamite in the mix. Only the “sprinkle” of dynamite was more like hoarding 50lbs of it in a cave near his lab. According to Bakersfield Now, the man was positioned in a remote area of Bakersfield.…
Yesterday I was scrolling Facebook Reels as one does when they’re bored and looking for some entertainment and I found something so weird I had to write about it. The commercial was for e.l.f. cosmetics and Liquid Death. They’ve now got some Liquid Death flavors in what they’re calling Lip Embalm. So basically chapstick packaged in some cool new flavors. The commercial could have been short and sweet, but instead we got a full on episode of a dystopian nightmare. If you’re not familiar with Liquid Death, they’re an aggressively branded canned water company. They’re known for irreverent and dark…
Alysa Liu’s already making her reputation with her smiley piercing (which she did herself) and her cool hair. Of course everyone is watching her after she won the 2026 Winter Olympic champion for both women’s singles and in the team event. Now anime fans are talking about her because of her excellent taste in anime and manga. And when we say excellent, we mean it. Ranking your top 5 can tell you a lot about a person, and she’s got some superb choices in the mix. Coming in HOT with “Jujutsu Kaisen,” and “Chainsaw Man.” Two shojo anime that tell an…
Doja Cat is making headlines again with her newest concert outfit. The music star performed her Ma Vie World Tour performance Mexico wearing a full latex suit that left nothing to the imagination. The Kittens Room on X (formerly Twitter) shared a video in which she showed off her outfit. Wearing a full-sleeved latex bodysuit in brown in a backstage video the “Paint the Town Red” singer looked absolutely amazing. To pair with the body suit she added a fur (or faux fur) jacket that had significant old Hollywood flair. She also wore a gorgeous wide black belt with a gold…
Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi announced Friday (2/20) that she had been diagnosed with cervical cancer. She let fans know in an eight minute TikTok Video her results at her post-op appointment. And the results indicated that she now had stage 1 cervical cancer. They figured it out by conducting a cone biopsy which is a procedure that scrapes a piece of cervical tissue to check the cells. Unfortunately it did come back showing a cell called adenocarcinoma (cancer). The 38-year-old “Jersey Shore” star wanted to shed light on the situation given that millions of women suffer through this type of thing…
Imagine my surprise when scrolling Facebook and I see this beautiful NEW My Little Pony backpack shared. The images were shared in my My Little Pony – G1 Collectors group. What first caught my eye is that the pony is Moonstone, previously not one that had been in “Friendship is Magic” but one that is instantly recognizable to any pony collector. Originally she was part of the 80s/90s run of ponies. And not to mention she’s gorgeous. Anyway what I’m trying to get at is that this could be a big woopsie on Walmart’s behalf. Because they may have just…
GASP! Crunchyroll has raised their prices for all tiers by $2. Does this mean I’ll cancel my Ultimate Fan tier subscription that I’ve had for 13+ years? Absolutely not! And I don’t think you should cancel the service either (unless you just don’t use it). You get what you pay for and for Crunchyroll, that means over 50,000 episodes, 25,000 hours and 2,000 series and films, alongside music videos, concerts, games and more. Not to mention they also have Manga that you can read. Basically yes, there was an increase but that just means you’ll get even more out of…
Ahead of Pokémon’s 30th anniversary on February 27th, a new study has revealed the most Pokémon card-obsessed states in America, with the Golden State crowned number one. According to a February 2026 Circana report, Pokémon became the top U.S. toy property in 2025, generating $2.5 billion in annual sales, including cards. Meanwhile, YouTube star and wrestler Logan Paul recently sold a rare Pikachu Illustrator card for a record $16.5m. The research from DuelBits analyzed each state’s monthly Google search volume per capita for the top 11 most popular Pokémon cards, to give each state a total score out of 10. The results…
