You would think that someone so heavily invested in the arts would think twice about AI before establishing a hard point on it. Many actors have come under fire for similar sentiments about the technology. In fact just recently we wrote about Sandra Bullock’s opinion about AI. But now another actor has entered the fold. This time it’s Legally Blonde star Reese Witherspoon who has something to say about AI. Witherspoon sat down with her book club a while ago and stated some interesting opinions on the use of AI. Generally speaking she said that if we don’t hop on…

How often do you hear of a home trespassing that ends in a good way? Not very often. We’re happy to report that the trespasser who was at Dylan Sprouse’s home late last Friday has now been arrested. And that’s all thanks to Sprouse who was able to tackle him to the ground until authorities arrived. His wife Barbara Palvin made an emergency call to police about 12:30 a.m. to report a “creepy guy” on their property. Dylan sprung to action likely fearing for his and his wife’s safety and tackled the man to the ground. He held him at…
It’s always interesting to find out that someone predicted something that actually happens. For example The Simpsons have predicted so many things that it’s almost eerie. And besides psychics on the internet, it doesn’t actually happen that often. That’s why when Molly Shannon talked about how her SNL co-star and friend Will Ferrell predicted that actors would be replaced by robots, we kind of took notice. And funnily enough, he was being completely serious about it. She said that during an early conversation in 1995 after they had both been picked up for SNL he mentioned it. Because both were…
Actor and producer Patrick Muldoon, best known to many fans for his role in Starship Troopers, has passed away at the age of 57 following a heart attack. For sci-fi fans, Muldoon’s portrayal of Zander Barcalow in Paul Verhoeven’s cult classic remains one of his most recognizable performances. Starship Troopers is one of the most watched movies for our generation (at least us nerds), and his performance continues to be part of what makes the film so memorable decades later. Initially Muldoon built a notably large television career. He started his career while still in college with a two-episode arc…
There is a specific kind of magic that happens when you drive across the state line into Texas. The sky seems to double in size, and the air carries a certain weight that tells you you’re finally somewhere that values its space. For many of us, that space isn’t found in a massive brick mansion in a gated community, but in something a bit more nimble. Whether it’s a cozy spot tucked away in the Piney Woods or a modern setup near the coast, mobile and manufactured homes have become a staple of the Texas dream. They offer a way…
A massive star deep in space is drawing attention from scientists. Mainly because it may be nearing one of the most dramatic endings that we’ve ever seen in the universe. The star, known as WOH G64, is one of the largest ever observed, and recent changes suggest it could be entering the final stage of its life. The star is from a neighboring galaxy to the Milky Way. The red supergiant has been behaving in unusual ways. Noticeably, shifts in its brightness, temperature, and structure, point to the instability of this star. These kinds of changes are often seen in…
I often frequent the UFO Sightings Daily blog to see if I can’t scrounge up something for the site here. Sometimes it’s interesting enough that I can do up an article on it. Sometimes it’s just a blob of light over the ocean that can’t really be considered worth my time. But this is one instance of something that caught my eye right away. Apparently some campers in Equador saw a glowing figure of a person on a mountaintop near where they were set up. The original article states: Date of sighting: April 10, 2026 Location of sighting: Mojanda, Equador Source: https://www.facebook.com/photo?fbid=1496915635136377&set=pcb.1496877081806899 This…
Get ready to enter the red room. We found a video circulating online that would be hard to ignore for any Twin Peaks or Mario Kart fan. Whether or not you’ll find out who killed Laura Palmer by watching the game play of this, well.. you probably won’t. But if the Log Lady does win the race by chance you might just get a cryptic clue. @FLEABttn.com on BlueSky shared the video to their feed. Originally it was shared by milesbuckle.exe on Instagram/TikTok but we found it on BlueSky. Mainly because we’re a bunch of rebels. As someone who has…
Ever wonder why certain things go out of style? I know that some “grandma” hobbies are still pretty prevalent like knitting and crocheting. But what about the good old fashioned art of bowed-felt hat making? When is the last time you saw anyone rake making? Probably never. And that’s due to its status on the Critically Endangered Crafts list. The person who highlighted these crafts for me was @ziibiing.com on BlueSky. They said in the post “new bucket list unlocked for my adhd craft friends”. And I suppose my having ADHD was just a happy coincidence, but now I’m am…
One thing to know about me is that one of my favorite comfort shows is Frasier. It’s one of those shows that’s lighthearted enough to have on in the background but also gripping enough to where if you wanted to pay attention, you could rewatch episodes a million times. So I’d say I’m pretty familiar with the type of dynamic that Niles and Frasier have. That’s why when my husband sent me these skeets on BlueSky they had me rolling! @kendrawcandraw.bsky.social stated in the post, “New bombshells have entered the villa.” And boy were they right. Both Niles and Frasier…
