It’s being reported that Police in Independence, Missouri are warning shoppers at a local discount store to check their purchases. Somehow several Barbie dolls found at the store were contaminated with fentanyl. On Saturday (3/21) Police were notified by security at the Cargo Largo that some Barbies had come into contact with the drug. One customer brought back the packaging for one of the dolls. There was a visible powder found beneath the tape. After testing the powder they confirmed that it came back positive for fentanyl, a growing concern in many places including Missouri.
