It’s been 60 years since Hammer Films graced horror hounds with a new monster. The studio just announced it is unleashing the mysterious “Ithaqua” onto the big screen. Language learning app Duolingo is continuing its crusade of perplexing marketing campaigns. The app has announced that its animated owl mascot Duo has died. Fresh off the monumental success of his “Nosferatu” remake, Robert Eggers is diving head first into his next film “Werwulf.” The movie is set in the 13th century and is said to be a medieval horror movie. During a recent event, Eggers warned audiences that this would be his darkest film yet. If you were into mall culture in the early 2000s, you probably remember Quiksilver, Billabong, Roxy, and Volcom. Unfortunately, the chains’ parent company, Liberated Brands, has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
