As the director of the latest installment of the franchise, Kevin Greutert , revealed in a recent interview. The power of the Swifties compels you! Or at least it compelled producer Jason Blum to shift the highly anticipated “The Exorcist: Believer”’s release date. Paramount Pictures acquisitions label, Republic Pictures, has gotten the North American rights to the action-horror movie “Azrael.” The new film stars Samara Weaving (“The Babysitter”) and comes courtesy of the C2 Motion Picture Group. “Azrael” takes place in a world where no one speaks and centers around a devout, female-led community that hunts down a young woman. A study conducted by O2 and behavioral science expert Patrick Fagan found that attending concerts regularly can add up to 9 years to your life. Based on the logic that seeing live music increases feelings of self-worth, closeness to others, and mental stimulation. Guitar legend Tony Iommi made a surprise appearance at the opening of a new Black Sabbath-based ballet at The Hippodrome Theatre. The theater is, fittingly, located in the iconic rock band’s hometown of Birmingham, United Kingdom. The ballet is directed by Carlos Acosta and Ballet Now, and commissioned by Birmingham Royal Ballet. It features eight re-orchestrated renditions of Black Sabbath’s “Paranoid,” “Iron Man,” “War Pigs,” “Black Sabbath,” “Solitude,” “Orchid,” “Laguna Sunrise,” and “Sabbath Bloody Sabbath.” As well as new compositions inspired by the group.
