Filmmaking collective Radio Silence is being tapped for a new Universal Monster movie. While little is known about which monster they may be working with, it’s currently rumored to be either “Dracula’s Daughter” or the “Bride of Frankenstein.” The former being based on an earlier report the project at one point was titled “Dracula’s Daughter.” It is also assumed this film will follow Universal’s recent trend of films like “The Invisible Man” and “Renfield,” giving more modern takes on the companies’ classic monsters.  Radio Silence is made up of filmmakers Matt Bettinelli-Olpin, Tyler Gillett, and Chad Villell. The collective has been…

The Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation needs some help. Apparently, if they get 1 million likes on a single tweet, their boss will name her baby, “Armadillo.” The post has already amassed 127.5K likes in just under 24 hours, making this the second post from the department to go viral. “I’m traveling today to Beaver Bend for another project, so we were hoping to post something quick that wouldn’t generate a lot of questions or need to be monitored,” said the department’s social media coordinator, Sarah Southerland with a laugh. “That was not the case.” Kelly Adams, Communication and Education…

Disney has just dropped the second trailer for their newest live-action reboot “Peter Pan & Wendy.” In 1953, Disney did an animated and very loose adaptation of J. M. Barrie’s classic novel “Peter Pan.” To be fair, you kind of have to tone down how homicidal the characters in the novel are to be family-friendly. “Peter Pan & Wendy” follows Wendy Darling (Ever Anderson), a young girl afraid to leave her childhood home behind. That is until she meets the legendary Peter Pan (Alexander Molony), a boy who refuses to grow up. With the aid of the tiny fairy Tinker…

Later that evening the police were called in to help with another incident. When again some…

Writer/director/studio head James Gunn sure has a way of making comic fans salivate, doesn’t he? In his latest tease, he suggested that a crossover between Marvel Studios and DC Studios is not only possible, but more likely, due to his involvement with both companies. While his foray into superhero films started with 2010’s “Super” starring Elliot Page and Rainn Wilson. Gunn has now famously worked for both of the comic juggernauts.
