Lucasfilm and The Walt Disney Company have confirmed that Part One of “Ahsoka” garnered 14 million views! Making it the most-watched title this past week as well as number one globally on Disney+. Disneyland’s classic Haunted Mansion attraction is getting some additions next year! The plan is to expand on the ride’s lore, while further immersing guests in the experience.  According to local legend, the manor that is now known as the Haunted Mansion was built by a prosperous sea captain. All these decades later, the staff has faithfully maintained its haunted grounds. Director David Ayer, who helmed Warner Bros. Pictures’ “Suicide Squad” in 2016, recently opened up about how the project ‘broke him.’ During an interview, Ayer discussed the almost universally panned film.  “Hollywood, I tell people, is like watching someone you love get fucked by someone you hate,” Ayer told “Real Ones with Jon Bernthal” podcast. “The big one is Suicide Squad. Composer Howard Shore’s fantastical score to Peter Jasckson’s “The Lord of the Rings” trilogy has been voted the UK’s favorite movie music. The soundtrack garnered three Academy Awards, three Golden Globes, and four Grammys. He also took 80th place on the list for the music to “The Hobbit” trilogy  Shore’s most recent wins come via a poll taken by the popular UK radio station Classic FM, as part of their annual Movie Music Hall of Fame. Filmmaker Joe Lynch’s (Shudder’s “Creepshow”) new horror movie “Suitable Flesh” will be released into theaters and VOD October 27th!. The film is based on H.P. Disney+ will reportedly not be moving forward with their already announced  “Nautilus” and “The Spiderwick Chronicles” projects. These shows getting the axe is a part of the still-ongoing cost-cutting measures by the studio. The company plans to cut $3 billion in non-sports content spending across the board. “Nautilus” is a 10-part adventure series based on Jules Verne’s classic novel, “20,000 Leagues Under the Sea.” A book that Disney already adapted into a film in 1954. Musician/activist Tom Morello really will perform at any union gathering. He recently performed at the reopening of a strip club in Los Angeles. Why? Because the dancers at the Star Garden Topless Dive Bar in North Hollywood have successfully formed the first strip club union in the US. The dancer’s strike began in mid-2022, after several employees petitioned the bar’s owners over the wrongful termination of two dancers.
