The cast for Drew Hancock’s Companion follow-up, Seasons, is starting to take shape. Swiped star, Lily James, has just joined the cast of the upcoming horror thriller for Amazon MGM Studios.
Hancock also penned the script, which he adapted from a short story by Matt and Harrison Query, that was first posted to Reddit. Seasons centers around a married couple who are able to buy their dream ranch. Unfortunately, it was too good to be true, and the land houses ancient spirits. For them to survive, they must perform increasingly disturbing rituals each season.

James will play the wife of the couple, opposite a currently unknown co-star.
Shawn Levy and Dan Levine are producing for 21 Laps. Jason Blum and Michael Clear produce for Blumhouse Atomic Monster. Scott Glassgold will produce for 12:01 Films with Dan Cohen.
There is no set release window for Seasons just yet. We’ll keep you posted on updates about this project as they become available.
