One of the best things about decorating for Halloween is the décor you get to break out of the basement. I always had a hard time switching out was the wall art though. It just felt like a lot having to carefully peel the tape off the walls in order to save the poster from ripping. Or having to take the frame apart to put a new image in for the season.

After discovering Displate and their metal posters, my home is able to be turned over for Fall and Halloween much easier. I take down the other metal poster, and save it in the box the new posters come in, and put up another poster directly onto the magnets that kept up the first. Easy Peasy.

Displate has a bunch of not only “The Nightmare Before Christmas,” but lots of other spooky options as well. You can choose from themes or different styles. But the one to me that says “This is Halloween” is the poster they have of the pumpkin design that was carved into the Halloween tree in the forest Jack Skellington stumbles upon.

This Displate poster can be placed outside on the front door as a decoration. And one that would invite trick-or-treaters throughout the neighborhood. I have mine in the house right now, but plan on putting some magnets outside the front door so that I can place it outside on Halloween night. The best part of the front door placement however is that since these are metal posters and not paper ones, they are pretty much weather proof, besides possible rusting. If you have a front porch, or a door in front of your door for weather purposes you probably won’t have to worry about much damage.

You can check out this and other designs on Displate’s website here.
