Burgers and pizza sound like a fantastic Thanksgiving meal to us, and Macy’s agrees. The company has just announced that both “Good Burger 2” and “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” will be appearing in the 97th Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.

Nickelodeon announced that the Burgermobile, Dexter Reed (Kenan Thompson), and Ed’s (Kel Mitchell) vehicle of choice, would be in the parade. In celebration of Paramount+’s upcoming sequel “Good Burger 2.” The film is a followup to the 1997 movie “Good Burger,” based on comedy sketches from the series “All That.”

“With the addition of the Burgermobile from ‘Good Burger 2’ to the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade lineup, we are offering the best of the Nickelodeon brand for every member of the family and giving fans a taste of the nostalgia and big laughs in this November’s highly anticipated sequel,” Veronica Hart, Paramount Global’s executive vp global franchise planning and consumer products marketing, said.

“Good Burger 2” will debut on Paramount+ on November 22nd.

If burgers aren’t your thing, how about the pizza-loving “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles?” Our favorite heroes in a half shell will make their return to the Macy’s parade. Their new float will promote the recent animated film “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem.” With the reptilian ninja teens facing off against Superfly and other villainous mutants.

“Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem” is currently streaming on Paramount+ after a theatrical release in August.

“We couldn’t be more excited to bring the nostalgia of Good Burger and the exciting return of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles to this year’s Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade,” said Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade producer Jordan Dabby in a statement. “I know our live spectators in New York City and viewers nationwide will be delighted and dazzled by Nickelodeon’s iconic characters joining our Parade lineup this November.”

The two film’s floats will be joining the previously announced balloons of Nickelodeon favorites like “SpongeBob SquarePants” and “PAW Patrol”’s Chase. Along side a “Baby Shark” float, just in case parents were beginning to forget that song existed. There will also be first-time balloons for “One Piece” and Netflix’s Adam Sandler-voiced animated feature “Leo.”

The 97th Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade will air November 23rd on NBC, and streams on Peacock.
