May 27th would have been the 113th birthday of horror icon Vincent Price (“House on Haunted Hill”). NECA is marking the occasion by giving the late “Master of Menace” an ultimate edition action figure.
This will be a 7″ Scale Action Figure of the “horror and camp icon with an unmistakable voice, the incomparable Vincent Price appeared in more than 100 films during his lifetime,” NECA posted to Facebook. “However, this Master of Horror wasn’t just an actor of stage, radio, and screen; he was also an art historian and gourmet cook! Celebrate his unique legacy with this 7-inch scale Ultimate Vincent Price action figure.”
What Does It Include?
The new Price figure comes complete with three interchangeable heads and neckties allowing you to mix and match his signature looks throughout the years. Essentially making it three figures in one. It will also feature interchangeable hands, a raven with an alternate “perch” forearm, a skull, a black cat, a candlestick, a teacup and saucer, cigarettes, a cookbook, and a stack of records.
And yes, that cookbook will be a miniaturized version of the one Price wrote. All of this is packaged in a collector-friendly, Ultimate five-panel window box packaging.
Pre-orders for NECA’s Vincent Price figure will begin later this week and are expected to begin shipping in September 2024. You can check out a video of the new figure in action below:
