Arguably the largest collection of Disney Parks memorabilia in a private collection is going up for auction next month. The Joel Magee Disneyland Collection is currently on display, via a pretty amazing installation by Van Eaton Galleries.
Highlights include ride vehicles, props, signage, vintage souvenirs, and the single largest collection of Disneyland Attraction Posters, including some that are the only examples known to exist. It’s truly amazing. If you are a Disney fan and parks aficionado, this is really an outing you should take.

Docents/attendants present (who were all delightfully helpful and cheerful), mentioned the display items will eventually have signage with lot numbers and details. Today (June 28th) was the first day it was open. I’ll be posting a few more videos in the coming days.
The auction begins on Disneyland’s 68th birthday, July 17th. It will run through July 19th. You can check out the website for details on registering for the auction, as well as the official catalog when it releases.
The display is open to the public Wednesdays and Sundays (11am to 7pm) from June 28th-July 16th. It’s located in the Bed, Bath & Beyond suite at the Burbank Town Center Mall, 201 E Magnolia Blvd. Burbank, CA 91502.
