Betty White Has Her Very Own Little Golden Book

A great way to teach kids and something that hasn’t changed over time is by reading them books. Held within books is a magic that combines the imagination and stories of those who have come before us. Little Golden Books have a warm tradition of coming out with things that parents love to read about. For example they’ve come out with multiple “Star Trek” books that many have used as an entry point for their kids into the franchise. Now they have a Betty White book that I can’t wait to get and read to my kids.

    Book Preview

The book tells the story of her life in a way that’s easy for kids to understand. Many career options that Betty wanted to pursue are available for women now, like becoming a forest ranger. But when Betty was young that wasn’t the way it worked. Now kids will be able to read along and learn about all of the hoops she had to jump through to make it where she is today. And in the style of every Little Golden Book the pictures are quite cute too.

    Amazon

You can find the book on Amazon. It is available for Prime shipping so you can still get it in time for the holidays. This would be a great gift for someone who’s a fan of hers and also has children. Or a collector who just plain loves her.
