No really, if you haven’t caught up on the show, THAR BE SPOILERS HERE.

While in they started as friends in the the first season, the idea had been played with throughout its second. As we reported earlier this month, show-runner Patrick Schumacker stated that,

“It [the relationship] will develop more, and it’s definitely going to evolve into, I think, what a lot of people are hoping it will. What I can say is, we wanted to do it  – it was always on the table… it felt interesting to us or felt like, maybe even important to us, to do it.”

Sharing their first kiss in season 2 episode 7 titled “There’s No Place to Go But Down,” the marriage of Ivy (Lake Bell) and Kite Man (Matt Oberg) complicated the relationship. Not only that, but Ivy’s’ own reservations about Harley (Kaley Cuoco) was another roadblock to their relationship. All this came to head in the season finale, ” The Runaway Bridesmaid”.
